Status	Facts and Risks
Intact (Intact)	Fact: Visually, airbag installation points (steering wheel, dashboard, trim) appear intact. No signs of deployment detected during external inspection. Risk: The inspector does not disassemble the interior. An airbag might be missing (cut out) or replaced with a dummy/resistor under an intact panel.
Deployed (Deployed)	Fact: Deployment of one or more airbags has been recorded. Risk: Carefully study interior photos to identify which specific airbags deployed (steering wheel, curtains, dash). We recommend making your own repair estimate based on visible damage.
Not Verified (Not Verified / Missing)	Fact: Inspector could not access the interior (vehicle locked/no keys) or airbags are dismantled. Risk: Maximum uncertainty. When budgeting, assume the worst-case scenario — complete absence of the safety system.

Metric	Description
ACV (Actual Cash Value)	The estimated market value of the vehicle in the U.S. at the time it was written off by the insurance company. Use: Helps assess the real value of the car before damage.

Dealer (Reseller)	Sold by an intermediary. Warning: High risk of poor-quality pre-sale repairs (cosmetic cover-ups) to conceal actual damage. An independent inspection is mandatory.
Rental Company	Vehicles from rental fleets. Often repaired at the company's expense (Self-Insured) without being reported to databases. Risk: History reports may show "No Accidents" and a Clean Title, while hiding actual repairs. The price is higher, but the history may be incomplete. Inspection is required.
