When will I receive my title deeds?

After the auction is completed, the buyer receives the title documents within 2-5 weeks.

Stages of paperwork:

• Auction sends title documents to our office after the buyer has paid for the vehicle.
• Our specialists proceed immediately to reissue the documents in the buyer's name. And then send them to the buyer via FedEx.
• After sending the package of documents, the user receives an email with a FedEx tracking number notification.
• Documents are sent to the mailing address specified by the buyer when registering for a personal account.
• It is advisable to mark each vehicle won at the auction with a "Contract of Sale" so that the ownership documents can be processed as quickly as possible.
