How do I cancel my subscription on the chosen membership plan?
You can cancel your plan at any time. To do so, log in to your account and go to the "Renewal Settings" section.
1.Log in to your account and go to the "Renewal Settings" section.
2.Make sure the following option is checked: "No, I do not want my plan to renew automatically each year. Please cancel my subscription."
3.Save the changes by clicking the corresponding button.
Once cancelled, the participant will receive a confirmation email.
Important: paid plan fees are non-refundable. The security deposit and the plan fee are two separate payments. For deposit refund conditions, see «Is a refund of my deposit possible?».
